This week we will be releasing the third print in Maggie Chiang's endangered animals series, raising funds to help protect some of the rarest animals in the world and the ecosystems they inhabit. This time around we will be raising funds to protect the Tasmanian Pygmy Possum, also appropriately known as the little pygmy possum or tiny pygmy possum, the world's smallest possum, which has come under threat from a massive loss of habitat during recent bushfires in Australia.
The ‘Tasmanian Pygmy Possum’ is a 10" x 10" giclée printed on a lovely cotton based paper and comes from an edition of just 75 copies. All proceeds from this sale will be donated to Kangaroo Island Land for Wildlife, one of the organisations fighting to protect the few individuals of the species left in the wild.
‘Tasmanian Pygmy Possum’ by Maggie Chiang will go on sale this Friday 25 June at 5pm UK time exclusively from our shop.
